工厂CARB认证流程
1. Manufacturer Preparation:
工厂所需准备
1.1 Training the QC Manager and QC employees (Personnel who conduct chemical analysis test in Formaldehyde Emission test at the manufacturer).
培训质检经理，质量管理雇员（可以完成产品甲醛释放量检测的技术人员）
1.2 Prepare the QC facilities for conduct LFE testing
准备质量控制所需的设备
Manufacturer must prepare QC facilities for conducting formaldehyde test based on ASTM D 5582, such as spectrophotometer, desiccators, chemical reagent, etc.工厂根据ASTMD5582需准备分光光度计、干燥器以及所需化学试剂等。
1.3 Prepare the documents
需准备材料
a、After training, Manufacturer must prepare QC Manual ，which include the facilities model、producing area and the mill name of  productor，etc。
培训后，工厂需准备质量控制手册，包括设备清单，设备型号，产地，生产商等。
b、Manufacturer must supply the thickest sample to us。工厂需提供所需生产的最厚样品给我们
2. Certification process
After completing the contract between manufacturer and us, the certification process will be conducted as follow:当工厂和我们签定合同后，我们将按以下程序实施认证：
2.1 Document Review材料审核
2.2 Initial Plant Qualification设备初审
2.2.1 Initial Audit初次审核We will conduct audit at least once to the manufacturer’s plant. The purpose of the audit is to verify that quality assurance of manufacturer complies with the requirements. The matters to be checked are:我们将对工厂的机械设备进行审计。审计的目的是以确保工厂具备认证所需的条件，需审核的项目有：
a. A written quality control manual; 书面的质量控制手册
b. Organization structure, including QC manager, QC Employee; 组织结构，包括质检经理，质量管理雇员;
c. QC facilities; 质量控制设备
d. Manufacturing facilities;生产设备
e. Manufacturing and QC Standard;生产以及质量控制标准
f. Routine small scale testing data;例行的小型检测
g. Procedure for selecting samples;选择样品的程序
h. Production process and actual measurement.生产过程和实际操作的标准
2.2.2The sample Testing 样品检测We shall to ensure that the products of the manufacturer are complied with formaldehyde emission standard Phase 1 or Phase
2. 我们需确保生产商的产品符合甲醛排放第一阶段和第二阶段的标准。During Initial Plant Qualification, We shall work with manufacturer to choose samples randomly from a single lot of each product type and production line to be certified, and shipping the sample to laboratory of PFS to be tested based on Large Chamber Method Test.在对生产设备的初审期间，我们将随机从一批产品或者生产线抽取样品，寄往美国PFS实验室用大气候箱法进行甲醛含量的检测。
3. Certification证书If manufacturer pass the Initial Plant Qualification, the manufacturer will be given an TPC number and is allowed to label its products with the TPC number.如果工厂通过了初审，工厂将会得到一个TPC编号，产品允许粘贴TPC编号的标签。
